The Breakfast Spritz
Serve in a
Wine glassGarnish:
Flamed orange zest and brushed marmalade on the side of the glass
How to make:
Blend and orange Marmalade with some water and Demerara sugar syrup at a 1:1 ratio. Build into glass and stir gently then garnish.
| 1 1/6 fl oz | Beesou Bitter Honey Aperitif |
| 1/2 fl oz | Giffard Apricot liqueur |
| 1/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 3 dash | Orange bitters |
| 2/3 fl oz | London Essence Roasted Pineapple Soda |
| Top up with | Prosecco sparkling wine |
| 1/2 fl oz | Orange marmalade syrup 1:1 |
