Rocks glass

Garnish:

Pink Malaysian Rock salt placed on edge of Ice cube

How to make:

Create a blackberry & Raspberry lapsang Cordial by combining blackberries, Raspberries and lapsang tea, steep for 5 minutes, remove from the water, add sugar and tiny pinch of salt to the steeped water, stir until dissolved, bottle up and refrigerate for 3 hours minimum.
Combine your cordial, cocchi dry, beesou and Everleaf marine in a mixing glass, add ice and stir
Strain Into Rocks glass over big block ice and add the Garnish ontop

1 fl oz Beesou Bitter Honey Aperitif
5/6 fl oz Everleaf Marine non-alcoholic aperitif
5/6 fl oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry
1/3 fl oz Blackberry & Raspberry Lapsang Cordial
2 drop Saline solution
