How to make:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake, double strain, on the rocks, with a big cube where possible
| 1 1/3 fl oz | Beesou Bitter Honey Aperitif |
| 1/2 fl oz | Casamigos Blanco Tequila |
| 1/2 fl oz | Honey water (1:1) |
| 1 barspoon | Orange marmalade |
| 2/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 4 drop | Saline solution 10:1 (10g salt to 100ml water) |
| 1 drop | Orange bitters |
