Maldon salt rim, lemon zest discard, Edible flowers

How to make:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake, double strain, on the rocks, with a big cube where possible

1 1/3 fl oz Beesou Bitter Honey Aperitif
1/2 fl oz Casamigos Blanco Tequila
1/2 fl oz Honey water (1:1)
1 barspoon Orange marmalade
2/3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
4 drop Saline solution 10:1 (10g salt to 100ml water)
1 drop Orange bitters
