I wanted to keep the garnish minimal so I opted for an edible flower and an orange disc.
All added into a chilled highball glass with cubed ice given a stir to combine the flavours and then topped off with 75mls of Camomile soda and then garnished with an expressed orange disc and an edible flower.
| 1 1/6 fl oz | Beesou Bitter Honey Aperitif |
| 1/2 fl oz | Beeswax washed Avallen |
| 2 1/2 fl oz | Acid Adjusted Camomile Tea Soda |
| 1/2 fl oz | Blackberry and Ginger Oleo Saccharum |
| 2 dash | 20% Saline solution |
