Garnish:

I wanted to keep the garnish minimal so I opted for an edible flower and an orange disc.

How to make:

All added into a chilled highball glass with cubed ice given a stir to combine the flavours and then topped off with 75mls of Camomile soda and then garnished with an expressed orange disc and an edible flower.

1 1/6 fl oz Beesou Bitter Honey Aperitif
1/2 fl oz Beeswax washed Avallen
2 1/2 fl oz Acid Adjusted Camomile Tea Soda
1/2 fl oz Blackberry and Ginger Oleo Saccharum
2 dash 20% Saline solution
