Orange Peel
Add all ingredients to a mixing beaker along with ice, stir down until chilled and diluted. Single strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with an orange peel.
Dandelion Tea recipe: Locally picked around 75 dandelion heads
Cut off the green bottom leaving the petals
Sanitised them by blanching them in hot water then ice water
Added to a large pot or saucepan with 3 cups/750ml boiling water.
Leave covered to steep for 24 hours.
Strain dandelion petals and decanter the liquid into a container or bottle.
If you wanted to drink this on its own, add honey, sugar or lemon juice for a sweet, vitamin rich, anti-oxidant dandelion tea.

| 1 1/2 fl oz | Dandelion Tea |
| 3 drop | Orange blossom water / Orange flower water |
| 1/2 fl oz | Cinzano Bianco vermouth |
