Flavoured with cinnamon, ginger, clove, star anise, vanilla, honey, nutmeg, orange, lemon and coconut - all of which are indigenous to St Lucia where this blend of pot and column distilled rums are made. The fruits and spices are cask infused before final blending with the other single rums.

Elements Eight rums are the creation of Carl Stephenson and Andreas Redlefsen, both long veterans of the spirits industry, particularly rums. As the name suggests their rums are marketed around the concept of eight elements: 1) environment (where the cane is grown), 2) sugar cane, 3) water, 4) yeast, 5) distillation, 6) tropical ageing, 7) blending and 8) filtration.

Launched 10-June 2010.
