Sagatiba is the brainchild of Brazilian entrepreneur Marcos de Moraes, who sought to launch a cachaça brand that would become an international household name. Sagatiba translates as 'infinite possibilities', or more literally 'eternal search'. Pura is distilled from cane juice and is unaged.

Όψη:

Crystal clear.

Μύτη:

Bread and cookie dough with overripe banana, vegetal, caramel and toasted brazil nuts. Not as pungent as some other brands of cachaça.

Στόμα:

Bready with an almost minty freshness, buttery nuts, cookie dough, caramel, white peppery spice and faint vegetal notes. Fairly subdued and without the pronounced grassiness of some.

Lingering white pepper spice, cookie dough and faint breadiness.
