Distilled from fermented Venezuelan molasses, Claro is aged for two years in ex-bourbon casks and then lightly charcoal filtered prior to bottling, a process which removes some of the colour imparted by aging.

Όψη:

Clear, very pale straw yellow.

Μύτη:

Reminiscent of ethanol charged luxury vanilla ice-cream with delicate oak and faint overripe banana.

Στόμα:

Creamy, buttery and slightly salty, and at the same time a touch sweet with spicy vanilla, dry slightly smoky oak and coconut.

Επίγευση:

Creamy vanilla fading to peppery spice.
