A malt whisky liqueur from the makers of The Macallan. Based on Macallan single malt whisky and flavoured with sucrose, glucose, maple syrup and pecan. The aubergine-shaped bottle has screen-printed branding and a wooden stopper. Sadly no longer made, but bottles can still be found on dusty shelves.

Όψη:

Clear, golden amber with burnished copper highlights.

Μύτη:

Buttery vanilla, whisky, maple syrup and soy sauce. Faintly nutty.

Στόμα:

Lightly syrupy sweet, nutty whisky with maple syrup and vanilla – perhaps a tad too much syrupy sugar.

Επίγευση:

Buttery nutty finish – noticeably pecan rather than peanut butter with lingering maple and scotch flavours.
