Flavoured with pink grapefruits, Spanish spring lemons and fresh ginger. Like other flavours in the Belvedere range, the base spirit is quadruple distilled in the brand’s Żyrardów Polmos distillery just outside Warsaw from Dańkowskie Złote rye.

This rye distillate is sent by tanker from Zyrardów to the Distillerie des Terres Rouges in France’s Limousin region. Here the whole pink grapefruits, Spanish lemons and fresh ginger are separately macerated and then redistilled. These flavoured distillates are then blended to make a concentrated infusion before being sent back to Żyrardów to be blended with more Dańkowskie Złote rye base spirit and the resulting flavoured spirit hydrated back to bottling strength with the distilleries own purified artesian well water.

Crystal clear.

Μύτη:

Strangely zesty orange with only whiffs of pink grapefruit and traces of warm ginger and floral aromas.

Gripping, slightly tart, clean palate of pink grapefruit zest and orange zest.

Lingering grapefruit zest with faint ginger spice.
