Honeyed, orange blossom, vanilla nose with spicy dry oak and a wisp of smoke. |

Delicate peat smoke influenced soft palate with vanillered sweet barley pop-corn like notes. |

Lightly spiced, slightly vegetal, delicately smoky finish. Not at all your classic Highland Park but a tasty departure to look for on your way to the gate. |
