Appearance:

Clear, pale golden.

Aroma:

Clean, fresh fragrant sharp green apple with softer red apple.

Taste:

Clean, cleansing fresh Cox’s apple with great balance between citrus acidity and honeyed sweetness.

Aftertaste:

Lingering crisp green apple skin and cleansing acidity.
