This bottle conditioned pale golden ale is made using the same recipe as Hop Back Brewery’s bottled Spring Zing - Saaz and Tetnang hops as well as maize, wheat and barley malts. It is, however, minus the Styrian Goldings and with more lemongrass.

Όψη:

(best before 14-Mar-13) Clear, pale golden yellow with a thick white fluffy head and heavy lacing.

Μύτη:

Attractive malty lemongrass with piney hops.

Στόμα:

Thin, dominated by pronounced tart lemongrass and lemon zest oils.

Επίγευση:

Lingering citrus oil bitterness.
