Made in Brooklyn, New York by Steven DeAngelo using a copper pot still which operates under reduced pressure (due to vacuum pump) so distils at a lower temperature. Botanicals used include juniper, elderflowers, German chamomile, Ceylon cinnamon, blue ginger, oris root, orange and lemon peel.

The neutral spirit on which Greenhook is based is distilled from organic New York State grown wheat.

Crystal clear.

Μύτη:

Fragrant juniper and fresh coriander with parma violet.

Fresh and clean, dry piney juniper and chamomile with earthy orris root and forward spice.

Επίγευση:

Juniper lingers with warming ginger, cinnamon spice and chamomile. Overall dry, rooty and spicy.
