Όψη:

Clear, pale golden yellow.

Μύτη:

Honey and raw pastry with sweet cereal, red apple skin and cinnamon spice.

Στόμα:

Mild honeyed sweetness over a good malty base - not too sweet and retaining good whiskey character. Apple and pear filled pastry with cinnamon dusting.

Επίγευση:

Finish is not as pleasing as the nose but has more honey brushed pastry notes with lingering spice.
