Όψη:

Crystal clear.

Μύτη:

Pungent new-make spirit with distinct yeasty and malty notes and gentle liquorice, becoming grassy when hydrated.

Στόμα:

Disarmingly sweet but powerful with confected liquorice, peppery spice and cinnamon heat.

Επίγευση:

Huge finish goes on and on and becomes progressively more rooty.
