Busted Barrel rums are produced by Jersey Artisan Distilling, the first distillery to open in New Jersey since the end of Prohibition. They are made using fermented molasses from Louisiana using a copper pot still and aged in small American oak barrels. Launched June 2013.

Όψη:
Slightly hazy with some tiny particles. Coppery amber.
Μύτη:
Vanilla, plump juicy sultanas, overripe banana and stewed prunes with maple syrup and toasted oak.
Στόμα:
Toasted oak and toasted nuts with caramel, cake mix, vanilla, blackened banana and puff pastry.
Επίγευση:
Buttery vanilla, salted caramel, banana and cracked black pepper spice.
