Appearance:

Clear, pale golden.

Aroma:

Citrus zesty leather with delicate herbal spice and menthol/pine freshness.

Taste:

Wonderfully balanced tightly packed flavours with sweet malt, menthol and aniseed. Very faint sulphur, in a good way. A splash of water exposes sweet apple fruit.

Aftertaste:

Lingering bready malt and spice with aniseed, menthol and lingering spiced oak.
