According to Union Distillers, its makers, “this cocktail gin is specially distilled to produce a more juniper intense flavour.” Two Birds Gin is produced in batches of 100 bottles from a 25 litre bespoke handmade copper pot still in Market Harborough, Leicestershire England.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Pungent piney juniper, lavender and eucalyptus with sweet black tea.

Taste:

Cracked black pepper spice, piney juniper and eucalyptus with Dentine chewing gum and grated almond.

Aftertaste:

Piney cracked black pepper with sweet almond. Possibly lacks sophistication but delivers juniper aplenty.
