Appearance:

Clear, deep golden amber.

Aroma:

Honeyed, burnt fruitcake and stewed apple with chocolaty fudge, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg spice.

Sultanas and raisins with burnt currant, caramel, rich sherry and dry spicy oak.

Aftertaste:

Burnt fruitcake, raison, sherry and cinnamon spiced oak. Don’t add water as this amplifies burnt tannins.
