Made by blending the partially fermented juice of Gros Manseng, Ugni Blanc, Colombard and Sauvignon grapes with one-third Delord Armagnac. The blend is then matured for at least nine months.
Appearance:
Clear, pale straw yellow with gold tints.
Aroma:
White grapes, dried fruit, acacia honey, buttery chamois leather and a faint hint of shoe polish (in a good way).
Taste:
Honeyed and dried fruits with a hint of liquorice.
