Sôn Tinh Taùo Meøo is a Vietnamese liqueur flavoured with Taùo Meøo (rose apples), a rare fruit growing wild in Vietnam’s northern mountains. Sôn Tinh Taùo Meøo is made by macerating an extract of rose apple matured Sôn Tinh sticky rice spirit. It is matured for 3 years prior to bottling.

Cooked apple with caramel, raspberry jam, and notes of blossom, mocha and toasted almond.
