Brooklyn ½ Ale is a Saison in style brewed with orange peel to a ‘session’ strength of 3.4% alc./vol. but generously hoped with Simcoe, Amarillo and Sorachi Ace hops. Bottled without filtration.

(best before Feb 2015) Cloudy, pale golden amber with retentive white head.

Μύτη:

Fresh dill, cut grass, zesty citrus and white bread.

Στόμα:

More dill and grass with pleasing bitter piney hops.

Επίγευση:

Lightly bitter pine and zesty citrus finish.

Light and surprisingly flavoursome given the restrained alcohol strength.
