Crystal clear.

Marzipan, toasted almond and biscotti biscuit with light peppery spice.

Amaretto vodka - exactly as billed on the label. All the flavour of an amaretto with light peppery spirit bite of a vodka. It's dry but with the faintest hint of sugar evident due to the mouthfeel rather than sweetness.

Nutty biscotti with faint mocha.
