Described as a gin for whiskey lovers, St. George Dry Rye is based on 100% pot-distilled rye neutral spirit. This is redistilled with six botanicals: juniper berries, black peppercorn, caraway, coriander, grapefruit peel, lime peel.

Nutty balsa wood, rye bread, nutmeg, coriander, eucalyptus, caraway and pine needles with subtle lavender.

Pine resin, caraway and nuts. Overall: The heavy rye influence makes this gin perhaps more reminiscent of a jenever.
