Όψη:

Faint haze, transparent.

Μύτη:

Zesty citrus, piney juniper and pink peppercorn with faint nutty and floral notes. Lavender particularly emerges with water.

Στόμα:

Enlivening peppery spice (slightly aggressively so) with well integrated citrus and juniper flavours.

Επίγευση:

Piney juniper fights with lingering peppery spice for attention with more subdued zesty citrus – particularly pink grapefruit.

Συνολική αίσθηση:

The “Distilled from clementine oranges” and the illustration of an orange on the label may lead you to expect a more out-and-out citrusy gin. The reality is that arguably other botanicals, particularly pink peppercorns have equal prominence.
