Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Passion fruit, pistachio nuts, pecan pie, black pepper spice and profiteroles.

Taste:

More pecan pie and passion fruit with assertive black pepper spice.

Aftertaste:

Passion fruit, fudge and cracked black pepper spice.

Overall:

A characterful value-for-money white rum with notes of pecan pie, passion fruit and black pepper spice.
