Appearance:

Clear, pale golden amber.

Aroma:

As the name suggests, this vodka does indeed smell like the inside of a sauna with faint tar.

Taste:

Faintly sweet and smoky, toasty oak with nutty notes and warming spice.

Aftertaste:

Lingering light smoke, nuttiness and faint tar.

Overall:

We suspect that what could have been a dry tannic oaky vodka has been lifted with a little sugar. The result is far more approachable with faint smoke, nuts and tar.
