Appearance:

Clear, bronze amber with burnished copper glints.

Aroma:

Pungent vanilla, crème anglaise and faint vanilla fudge.

Taste:

Intense cream of soda, vanilla and caramel.

Aftertaste:

Vanilla fudge and caramel.

Overall:

Darker in colour and more intensely vanilla than the other competitive syrups we sampled this against. Distinctive caramel note.
