Review and Tasting

Sampled on 22/03/2017

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Clean, classic juniper forward with black pepper, cassia and cinnamon spice.

Taste:

As with the nose, this gin has a classic juniper-forward, London dry-style palate, but with assertive black pepper spice somewhat smoothed by liquorice.

Aftertaste:

Fades with faint bitterness and black pepper spice.

Overall:

Classic in style, superbly clean and straightforward, but perhaps lacks complexity and subtlety.
