A 100% Agave Espadin (Agave angustifolia) organic mezcal from the Valles Centrales, Oaxaca. Distilled by Don Lorenzo and Eduardo Ángeles in Santa Catarina Minas, Ocotlan, Oaxaca. Produced using natural fermentation in open oak vats and double distilled in 80 litre earthenware pot stills.

Attractive, mildly smoked mature agave with faint stewed pear fruit.
Στόμα:
Well structured, tightly integrated dry smoky palate with generous agave flavours.
Επίγευση:
Subtle vegetal notes emerge of the long smoky spice finish.
