Juniper berries, blueberries, peaches, fresh sweet limes, Jasmine blossom, white pepper, rhubarb root and rhubarb are infused in alcohol and distilled separately. The various distillates produced are then blended together to make nginious! Summer Gin.

Appearance:

Clear, transparent.

Aroma:

Lime sherbet, tinned rhubarb, pine, basil leaf and white pepper.

Taste:

Piney juniper, sweet lime zest, coriander, rhubarb and peppery spice with faint peachy fruit and honeysuckle floral notes.

Aftertaste:

Pine fresh, almost minty fresh finish, with lime zest, faint peach and stewed rhubarb.

Overall:

Peachy fruit, lime zest and stewed rhubarb offset dry piney juniper and peppery spice.
