Brewed using a blend of six malts and American ‘C’ hops, Dragonfly is made without additives or no adjuncts.

Malts: Maris Otter, Crystal, Vienna, Abbey, Melanoidin, Flaked Barley

Όψη:

(sample can best before 17/Dec) Hazy, deep amber with thick retentive off-white head with heavy lacing.

Μύτη:

Dried apricot, ripe mango, pine, stewed tea, zesty grapefruit, biscuit and light grassiness.

Στόμα:

Zesty grapefruit and orange citrus, herbal pine and coriander over bready maltiness and peppery spice. Attractive mango and dried apricot fruitiness.

Επίγευση:

Orange and grapefruit peel, pine and light spice.

Συνολική αίσθηση:

An amber ale with the zesty citrus and pine hop character of a West Coast IPA. Hoppy but not overly hopped or bitter with tropical fruitiness.
