Review and Tasting

Sampled on 19/09/2017

Appearance:

(sample bottle batch 00.11 BBE Jan/18) Crystal clear with streams of quickly rising bubbles.

Aroma:

Clean and fresh. Quinine and zesty tangerine orange and grapefruit.

Taste:

Subtle in flavour compared to other tonic waters with very subdued quinine and faint orange and grapefruit. High carbonation.

Aftertaste:

Subtle finish with very light quinine bitterness and faint zesty pink grapefruit.

Overall:

Subtle in quinine flavour compared to other tonic waters (perhaps to allow gin to shine) with faint zesty pink grapefruit and tangerine orange.
