Created by Andrew Nicholls, bartender and entrepreneur, to honour his two grandfathers - William and George, this rum is blended in Amsterdam from Jamaican pot distilled and Trinidadian column distilled rums.

Όψη:

Crystal clear.

Μύτη:

Pungent, icing sugar, overripe banana, tinned pineapple and peach esters, clean hay and macadamia nuts. Light grassy aromas.

Στόμα:

Light to medium bodied and dry with estery ethanol bite. Attractive fruity notes continue, as does a distinct icing sugar flavour (but not sweetness) with nutty tinned pineapple and grassy notes.

Επίγευση:

A continuation of the palate, but relatively subdued. Fades with grassy, pineapple, banana peachy fruit with lightly chocolaty vanilla.

A serious blended flavoursome white rum for the connoisseur - what are attractive fruity estery notes may be off-putting to some. This character makes William George a great punch rum.
