Not a gin and thankfully, despite the brand name, not claiming to be a gin. This is "premium gin mixed with a hint of blood orange".

Clear, vivid orange.

Μύτη:

Pungent, juicy and zesty blood orange. Gin aromas are subdued.

Intense and fresh orange flavour with lightly bitter orange oils and citrus acidity balancing a very subtle sweetness. Orange flavours overwhelm subdued gin.

Dry, long zesty orange finish with citrus acidity and lingering lightly bitter orange oils.

One of the best-known names in gin but despite the Beefeater brand name this far from being a gin and is best categorised as a "blood orange botanical spirit." If that's what you're after then this is balanced, zesty and complex rather than one-dimensional.
