Made in Chiba, east of Tokyo, Japan, Ukiyo Blossom Gin is based on a spirit (shōchū) distilled from fermented locally-grown native rice. This is redistilled with 11 botanicals, including native botanicals such as Sakura (cherry blossom), Yuzu, Sansho, and Mikan Peel.

Ukiyo Blossom Gin is described as being "a delicately floral gin with notes of juniper, cherry blossom and orange with a slight woody spice finish."
