Aroma:
Pungent morello cherry, almond, blackcurrant and vanilla.
Taste:
Intense sour morello cherry with liquorice, almond and tonka bean. Gentian and artichoke bitterness.
Aftertaste:
Morello cherry with earthy gentian and artichoke.
Overall:
A cherry-flavour bomb to add intensity and rooty depth to cocktails using ingredients such as cherry brandy.
