Delicately spiced apple pie with burnt toast, clove, apple blossom, vanilla and wonderfully aromatic well-aged sweet balsamic vinegar.

Harmonious, wonderfully rounded with stewed apples, brazil nuts, clove spice, crème de violet and a tingle of peppered dry oak.
