Classified as a London dry gin, Diplôme Dry Gin is distilled according to an original 1945 recipe in Dijon, France with eight botanicals sourced from Europe and Morocco: juniper berries, coriander, whole lemons, orange peel, angelica, saffron, orris root and fennel seed.

After macerating the botanicals in sugar beet alcohol for four days, the infusion is distilled using a small pot still.

Made according to a 1945 recipe perfected during WWII, after the end of the war, Diplôme Dry Gin became the official gin for the American Army stationed throughout Europe.
