| 15 ml | Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) |
| 15 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 22.5 ml | Egg white |
| 22.5 ml | Double cream / heavy cream |
