Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
35 ml Villa Massa Limoncello
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
30 ml Egg white
