Fresh Strawberry with Crystalized Ginger on a Cocktail Spear
In a Boston shaker, add ice and combine Hayman's Old Tom Gin, with freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey syrup, ginger syrup and Giffard's Sirop de Fraises. Shake for 10-15 seconds to chill and dilute. Using a Hawthorne strainer, strain over cubed ice or one large king cube into an Old Fashioned Glass. Float Laphroaig 10 Year Old Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky on top to provide a smoky flavor and aroma. Garnish with a fresh Strawberry and a piece of Crystalized Ginger. Enjoy.
