Garnish:

Circle cut out of a basil leaf.

How to make:

Place a rocks glass into a freezer at least 2 hours before serving drink. Place all the ingredients listed into a shaker, add cubed ice. Hard shake for 6 seconds. Grab frozen rocks glass with a tall block of ice in the glass. Double strain the drink into the glass, add garnish, and serve

2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/2 fl oz Giffard Rhubarbe Liqueur
1/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/6 fl oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
1/6 fl oz Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
4 leaf Basil leaves
