
Mandarin Wedge. Use Tangarine/Clementine Wedge as alternative.
1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
2. Prepare garnish of Mandarin wedge.
3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
6. Garnish with Mandarin wedge on rim.
1/2 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Tangerine / Mandarin / Clementine juice (fresh juice) |
1 2/3 fl oz | Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column) |
1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
4 drop | Bob's Orange & Mandarin Bitters |
1/6 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
