It is possible to juice a bell pepper in a blender if you add a little water, but these peppers are better juiced with a juice extractor – either centrifugal or cold press (a.k.a. masticating or slow juicers).

To juice bell peppers:

  1. Wash you pepper(s).
  2. Chop the bell pepper(s) to fit the juicer's feed chute.
  3. Start the juicer and feed pepper chunks into the shoot, using the plunger to push into the blades.
  4. Add lemon juice or any desired enhancements after juicing.
  5. Use juice to make cocktails or bottle and store in a refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
