Water, sugar, lemon juice concentrate, carbonic dioxide, lemon extract, antioxidant ascorbic acid, natural citrus flavouring with other natural flavourings, citric acidifier, quinine flavouring, carob gum stabiliser. Vegan and naturally gluten-free.

Appearance:
Hazy, light green with few rising bubbles.
Aroma:
Confectioner's lemon-lime with pasteurised lemon juice aromas.
Taste:
Dry quinine with sherbet-like effervescence, subdued lemon oil and dried lemon peel.
Aftertaste:
Quinine bitterness on the finish - more bitter than many bitter lemons.
Overall:
Appealing lemon sharpness and underlying quinine bitterness on a well-balanced palate.
