| 52.5 ml | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
| 30 ml | Pineapple juice |
| 15 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 22.5 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
| 3 slice | Cucumber (fresh) |
| 1 dash | La Fée Parisienne absinthe |
| 1 twist | Lime zest (peel) |
