50 ml | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
25 ml | Cointreau triple sec liqueur |
12.5 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
12.5 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
0.3 ml | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
15 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
12.5 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
