Fresh and Bitter is Better

Glass: Nick & Nora
Garnish: Green olive
Method: STIR all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

  • 40 ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11 Year Old
  • 15 ml Italian red bitter liqueur
  • 25 ml Verjus
  • 1.25 ml Olive brine
  • 10 gr Sugar

The creator says: "A marriage of Cuba and Italy: all the Cuban daiquiri spirit with Italian touch. No citrus fruit for this daiquiri, but all the fruity taste and acidity of grapes from verjus, mixed with an Italian bitter and the saltiness of Olive brine. Ron Santiago de Cuba hugs all the ingredients with his power and it's taste to create the best (for us!) Cuban/Italian daiquiri."
